ESEA Section 1114 (b) (1) requires a Title I school wide program plan to contain ten components as well as related measurable goals and strategies for implementation.
Title I School Wide PlanThe mission of the Charter School of Excellence will be to challenge, nurture, and lead all students to become productive citizens by establishing a strong foundation for lifelong learning. We will assist the Florida public schools in setting the standard for educational quality. The core values of honesty, respect, tolerance, fairness, self-discipline, integrity, responsibility, citizenship, work ethic, and trust will be the foundation upon which our schools will be built.
The Charter School of Excellence will involve parents in an organized, ongoing, and timely manner, in the planning, review, and improvement of Title I programs including involvement in the decisions regarding how funds for parental involvement will be used [Sections1118(c)(3), 1114(b)(2), and 1118(a)(2)(B)].
According to the U.S. Department of Education the purpose of Title 1 funding, "is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high quality education and reach, at minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments."

Parents will support the teachers and the administration of the school and will follow through at home to make certain their children live up to their school commitments and obligations.
