All Grades K-5 Currently Enrolling!

The Charter School of Excellence is open to any student residing in the Tri-County area who would otherwise qualify to attend a traditional elementary school in the county they reside in. Your child must be five years of age by September 1 of the current school year in order to enroll in kindergarten.

Fill out the registration form and bring it to the school office or visit the school office to complete the form in person.

In addition to the registration form, you will need to bring other documentation including:

Birth Certificate
Social Security Card (Optional)
Current Immunization Form 680 (Blue)
Yellow Well Check Form
Signed Parent Contract
Emergency Contact Card
Proof of Residency (Lease, Water Bill, Light Bill)
Driver’s License or state issued ID ( Parent or Guardian)
Language Survey
Proof of Promotion ( Most Recent Report Card 1st- 5th Grade)
Release of Records
Before Care Contract
Aftercare Contract
