At the Charter Schools of Excellence, we stand on three pillars: Student Safety, Providing a Bully-Free School Zone, and Student Academics.
Safety is our top priority. Our team is dedicated to providing a positive learning environment where students feel safe and capable of achieving their academic goals. As a part of our school safety plan, we implement the See Something Say Something program. This engages our school community in protecting our school through awareness and prevention. We are available on-site to assist our students and parents.
At CSE, we are committed to maintaining a positive learning culture where students develop critical thinking skills and enrich their knowledge. Our fantastic team of teachers strives to help our students reach their goals. During our English Language Arts period, known as our Golden Hour, our teachers bridge identified learning gaps by implementing instructional grouping and rigorous instruction. During our Mathematics period, known and our Silver Hour, our students develop their foundational skills through hands-on learning. During Science, our students are provided opportunities to think like a Scientist through the implementation of inquiry-based instruction. Reaching every child based on their learning needs is not just a goal but a promise we keep ensuring their success.
